Hot Kettlebell

Kettlebells engage the core muscles, as they act as stabilisers during dynamic movements. Swings, Turkish get-ups, and rotational exercises challenge the abdominal, back, and hip muscles, resulting in improved core strength, stability, and postural control.

We use high repetitions and shorter, more intense workouts so your body builds dense muscle tissue while torching fat, making your muscles tighter and toning your entire body.

Hot Fit


Hot Fit is a type of strength-training where you use your own weight to provide resistance against gravity. When you complete a bodyweight workout, you are essentially using your body alone without any other exercise equipment.

Hot Fit is a great place to start if you are new to the studio and working out in the heat.

We are working out in 42c meaning your heart rate will be elevated throughout and therefore increasing your cardiovascular endurance.

Hot Spin Hit

This class is a functional fitness class. That means, we use the 2-1 minute method. We have 2 working stations -1 kettle bell station where you will carry out a specific exercise for 1 minute. Next, a body weight station where you will do a body weight for 1 minute, then we jump on the spin bike for an ‘active rest'.
Spinning helps keeps your muscles and joints loose and limber! This session is designed to work out your entire body- you will be riding high long after you leave the Hot Fit studio!

Boxercise

Our Boxercise class is a fast toning workout, which burns fat and enhances muscle definition. Once you begin to start burn excess fat, you will notice an amazing change in your physique. Tighter abs, more toned arms and a firmer buttocks!
