Hot Yoga Beginners WorkshopsJanuary 2nd 2017
Our workshop is designed with the beginner in mind. During the 90 minute session you will be taken through the fundamentals of HOT yoga in detail, building up to a short HOT yoga sequence similar to what you will experience in all our scheduled classes.
After completing this workshop you should feel confident to join any of our classes throughout the week.
Questions are welcomed throughout the workshop so feel free to ask us for help if there is anything you feel unsure about.
Workshops start at 2pm and last for 90 minutes . Reception opens at 1.30 and closes at 1.55pm . Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the workshop.
